How Do I Change the Battery In-Bubble Light?
- Locate the Battery Compartment
Find the small, slotted battery cap next to the illuminated bubble level. - Remove the Battery Cap
Use a coin or flathead to pry open the battery compartment. - Replace the Battery
Remove the old button-cell battery and insert the new one (CR2032) in the same direction. - Reinstall the Battery Cap
Place the cap back on and tighten it clockwise until snug. Do not over-tighten! - Test the Light
Press the bubble light button to make sure the light turns on.

Should I Choose Carbon Fiber or Aluminum?
Choosing a Tripod Material is all dependent on your level of comfort and what you're looking for during a shoot. We've listed the benefits of each below in hopes that this helps point you in the right direction.
Carbon Fiber: Lighter, easier to transport, and reduces fatigue during long production days.
Aluminum: More affordable, extremely durable, and excellent for studio or fixed-location productions.
What Bowl Size Do I Need?
Bowl Size depends on your setup and camera usage. We've gone ahead and listed the different bowl sizes and what they're usually supporting.
75mm Bowl: Mirrorless cameras, DSLRs, compact cinema cameras
100mm Bowl: Larger cinema cameras and ENG cameras
150mm Bowl: Heavy broadcast cameras, long lenses, and studio productions
What Warranty Comes with Teris Tripods?
Teris tripods include a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty terms may vary by product and region.
Can I Purchase Replacement Parts?
Yes. Common replacement parts such as quick-release plates, pan handles, spreaders, feet, and other accessories are available through Teris USA.

What is the Difference Between a Ground Spreader and a Mid-Level Spreader?
Both involve knowing what type of surface level you plan to shoot on.
Ground Spreader: Best for smooth indoor surfaces and maximum stability.
Mid-Level Spreader: Better for uneven terrain, stairs, grass, rocks, and outdoor shooting.
