Thank you for choosing Indipro! We take pride in manufacturing reliable professional production equipment and stand behind the quality of our products. The following warranty policy outlines coverage, limitations, and return procedures for all Indipro products.
Warranty Periods
- Indipro Li-Ion Batteries — 24 Month Limited Warranty
- Indipro On-Camera Battery Chargers — 18 Month Limited Warranty
- All Other Indipro Products — 12 Month Limited Warranty
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.
Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Coverage
If a product covered under warranty fails during the applicable warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, Indipro Tools will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product with a new, refurbished, or equivalent replacement unit
Replacement products may vary slightly in cosmetic condition or packaging while maintaining equivalent functionality and performance.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper operation
- Water damage, liquid exposure, corrosion, or moisture-related damage
- Physical damage including drops, impacts, crushed connectors, or cracked housings
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
- Damage caused by abnormal voltage, power surges, improper power sources, or environmental conditions
- Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect product functionality
- Damage resulting from natural disasters, fire, flooding, or other external causes
- Consumable items or normal battery capacity reduction over time
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers, third-party marketplaces, or unauthorized resellers
Indipro Tools reserves the right to determine whether a product issue is covered under warranty following inspection and evaluation.
Open Box & Refurbished Products
All open box or refurbished products purchased directly through the Indipro Tools website include a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
- Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
- If the product is found to have a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days, Indipro Tools will provide a replacement unit if available.
- Open box and refurbished products may show minor cosmetic wear and may not include original packaging.
Returns & Restocking Fees
New, unused products purchased directly from Indipro Tools may be returned within the approved return window, subject to the following conditions:
- Returns unrelated to manufacturer defects are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Returned items must be in complete, like-new condition with original packaging and accessories
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be refused or subject to additional fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified warranty issue or shipping error by Indipro Tools.

Important Return Information
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our facility unless otherwise authorized
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
- Products must be properly packaged to prevent shipping damage
- Indipro Tools is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit to our facility
Once received, our technicians will inspect and test the product to identify the reported issue.
- If the issue is confirmed and covered under warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced
- If no fault is found, or if the issue is determined to be outside warranty coverage, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and repair costs
Indipro Tools will cover standard ground shipping costs for warranty-approved repairs or replacements being returned to customers within the continental United States.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If a product is no longer covered under warranty, Indipro Tools may still be able to service the product.
Out-of-warranty repairs may include:
- Evaluation fees
- Labor charges
- Replacement component costs
- Return shipping charges
Customers will be notified with an estimate for approval before repairs are performed whenever possible.
International Returns
For all international warranty claims or repairs:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from our facility
- Any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import/export charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Packages returned with unpaid customs charges may be refused
Limitation of Liability
Indipro Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product, including loss of data, production downtime, equipment damage, or lost revenue.
Warranty coverage is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product itself.
