If your battery is broken or damaged and is out of warranty, we can help. Our in-house technician has been trained and certified to test and repair our batteries. All repairs typically take 1-2 business days from the time we receive the defective battery until we send out a fully functioning unit.

The cost of repairs varies depending on what needs to be done. We can provide you with an original estimate, but the price may change depending on the actual repair. Repairs can range from $50 to $100 per battery depending on the issue. You will not be billed until the completion of the repair. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility.
